■ Career-track position
*Select from general-track, sales, technical, planning, administrative positions, etc.
Starting salary: 254,000 yen or more for university graduates
*The above monthly salary includes a communication allowance of 10,000 yen per month and a fixed overtime allowance of 48,100 yen (for 30 hours). Overtime exceeding 30 hours will be paid separately.

5 million yen / 3 years of experience (24 years old)
7 million yen / 5 years of experience (age 30)
11 million yen / 8 years of experience (29 years old)
17 million yen / 13 years of experience (34 years old)

We have introduced a professional duties type discretionary labor system.
■ Fully two-day weekends (Saturday/Sunday), national holidays
Depending on the production schedule, overtime work on holidays may be required.
In that case, you will take compensatory leave.
