Basic Philosophy

Various Dimensions Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") operates with the philosophy of "reliably and efficiently conveying diverse information from person to person."
The information assets that our company handles, including customer information, are extremely important as our management foundation.
We will practice activities to maintain information security, such as the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, by having all personnel who handle information assets, including executives and employees who recognize the importance of protecting information assets from risks such as leakage, damage, and loss, comply with this policy.

Basic Policy

1. To protect information assets, we will establish an information security policy and related regulations, conduct business in accordance with them, and comply with laws, regulations, and other norms related to information security, as well as contractual obligations with our customers.
2. We will clarify the criteria for analyzing and evaluating risks such as leakage, damage, and loss of information assets, establish a systematic risk assessment method, and conduct regular risk assessments. Furthermore, we will implement necessary and appropriate security measures based on the results.
3. We will establish an information security system centered around the executive officer in charge, and clarify the authority and responsibilities related to information security. In addition, we will provide regular education, training, and awareness programs to ensure that all employees recognize the importance of information security and properly handle information assets.
4. We will periodically inspect and audit compliance with the information security policy and the handling of information assets, and promptly take corrective action for any deficiencies or areas for improvement found.
5. We will take appropriate action in response to the occurrence of information security events and incidents, and in the event that they do occur, we will establish response procedures in advance to minimize damage, respond promptly when an emergency arises, and take appropriate corrective actions. Furthermore, particularly for incidents that could disrupt business operations, we will establish a management framework and regularly review it to ensure the continuity of our business.
6. We establish an information security management system that sets goals for realizing our fundamental concepts, implement it, and continuously review and improve it.
