A decorated train designed by Sebastian Masuda, who is known for his art direction for Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, will be in operation.
Nerima Station will host a city-wide Halloween event, featuring an exhibition of the artist's original object "KAWAII PUMPKIN," a display of Halloween trick art created by students, and Halloween benefits offered by various shops in the Nerima Station area.
On the final day, three special event trains will run: the "Idol Train," where multiple idols perform live simultaneously inside a moving train; and the "KAWAII HALLOWEEN PARADE TRAIN," featuring a parade of models. These events, with every seat being a front-row seat, became a major topic of conversation on social media.
